We needed our fiber-optic feed relocated and five Cat6 data drops installed to create a central network hub with wired internet reaching several offices and bedrooms throughout the house , and Digico delivered incredibly on all of it.

After an initial assessment, they told me exactly what they needed to do, including moving our modem to a different part of the house and installing a new power receptacle to support the new setup.

The biggest surprise was the diligence they showed around cleanup and prep. They spent the majority of the morning getting everything ready from a construction standpoint before touching anything else. Once the groundwork was set, they brought the internet down, relocated the fiber-optic feed, and moved everything over cleanly.

What I appreciated most was that they kept me apprised every step of the way. Any time an unexpected problem came up, they pulled me aside and we worked together to find a reasonable solution based on what I wanted as the client.
