Every project starts with a free on-site walkthrough by a licensed technician, followed by a written fixed-price quote, usually within one business day.

We design, install and certify the work ourselves: cabling is tested and labeled, cameras, Wi-Fi and AV are configured before we leave, and you receive as-built documentation for future changes. The answers below cover the questions we hear most often.

It depends on the property, the number of drops or cameras, cable distances and the equipment you choose, so we do not publish a fixed price list. The estimate is free: a licensed technician visits, measures and sends a written fixed-price quote, usually within one business day. No hidden extras.

Yes. A technician reviews your property and the scope with you, and we send a written quote afterwards. There is no charge and no obligation.

Yes. DigiCo Wiring holds California C7 (low voltage) and C10 (electrical) contractor licenses and is bonded and insured. One licensed contractor covers the whole project.

Small jobs (a few network drops, a camera or two) can often be scheduled within days. Larger office, retail or multi-building projects are usually scheduled one to two weeks after the quote is approved. Same-week walkthroughs are normally available.

Both. Homes, condos and estates as well as offices, retail, restaurants, warehouses, medical offices, schools, churches and multi-tenant buildings. Every design is sized to the property.

Either. We can supply cameras, switches, access points, racks and cabling from brands we trust, or install equipment you already own. Recommendations are made after the walkthrough and priced in the written quote.

Every installation carries a workmanship warranty and is delivered tested, labeled and documented. Hardware is covered by the manufacturer warranty. The exact terms are written into your quote.

Low voltage cabling normally does not require a permit in Los Angeles. Where electrical work or fire-rated pathways are involved, our C10 license covers the permitted work and we handle the paperwork.

Absolutely. We coordinate pre-wire, rough-in and trim-out with GCs, electricians and IT teams, and support property managers across multi-tenant buildings with riser, telecom-room and per-suite cabling.

Property type and address, what you need (drops, cameras, access points, TVs), rough square footage and any deadline. Photos or floor plans are a bonus but not required.

Cat6 handles 1 Gbps (and 10 Gbps up to 55 m) and is the right choice for most offices and homes. Cat6a supports 10 Gbps over the full 100 m run and is worth it for server rooms, high-density Wi-Fi 6/7 access points and buildings you want future-proof for 10+ years. A practical rule is two drops per workstation, one per printer or copier, one per wireless access point and one per camera. If you have dead zones, dropped video calls, slow speeds at peak hours or you are adding many devices (POS terminals, cameras, scanners), a properly designed network with cabled access points fixes the problem permanently. Cabling that carries data or signal rather than line power: network cables, fiber, coax, security camera and access control wiring, speaker and HDMI runs, intercoms and control systems.
