4. AI Chat Assistant Disclosure
Our website features an AI-powered chat widget that helps answer initial questions and pre-qualify project requests. We want you to be fully aware of how it works:
How the AI chat works:
- Before your first message you are shown a consent banner. The chat will not be functional until you accept.
- Once you accept, the text of your messages is sent to our AI service providers — currently Anthropic, PBC and/or OpenAI, Inc., both based in the United States — to generate responses.
- Your conversation history is stored on our servers so we can follow up properly and improve our service.
- Your browser is assigned an anonymous session ID stored in local storage. This ID is not linked to your identity unless you provide contact details.
What is shared with the AI providers:
- The text of your messages
- Prior messages in the same conversation (for context)
- System instructions describing our company (services, pricing approach, FAQs)
What is NOT shared with AI providers:
- Your name, email, or phone number — even if you type them into chat, those values are stored on our servers only
- Your IP address
- Any payment information
Your data is not used to train AI models. Anthropic and OpenAI’s API Terms of Service prohibit the use of API customer data for model training.
Local storage entries set by the chat widget (stored only in your browser, not on our servers):
aichat_session_id— anonymous session identifieraichat_consent_at— timestamp of your consentaichat_panel_open— whether the chat panel is openaichat_mute— sound mute preferenceaichat_messages_cache— last 20 messages cached for reloadaichat_proactive_dismissed_at— when you dismissed the welcome popup
You can delete these entries at any time by clearing your browser’s storage or using browser developer tools.
If you voluntarily share your email or phone in a chat message (not via the inline form), our system may automatically save it as a lead so we can follow up. You may request deletion at any time using the contact details below.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Privacy Rights Act.
We share personal information only as necessary to operate our business, as follows:

- Business Transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, customer information may be transferred to the acquirer, subject to the same protections set out in this Policy
All service providers are contractually limited to using personal information only for the purposes for which it was disclosed.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies (including local storage as described above) to keep the site functional, remember your preferences, and gather aggregate usage statistics. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but some site features may stop working as a result.
We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. If this changes, this Policy will be updated and visitors will be given the opportunity to consent or opt out where required.

How to submit a request: email digicoservice@gmail.com with the subject line “California Privacy Request” and indicate which right you are exercising. We may need to verify your identity (for example, by matching information you provide against records we already have). Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with proper written authorization.
We will respond within 45 days. If we need additional time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period.
